Oce TCS400 printer not working

Oce TCS400 printer not working i am having an error code on this printer. 04563 and 12509. i dont have a service manual for this machine. if there is someone out there that can email it to me on arshad_572@hotmail.com and can someone explain to me what these codes mean and talk me through it. also customer is saying that the print heads have failed.

I have one file I use for one printer and another file to print on the 2nd. Can I set these files to automatically print to the printer of my choice without having to change the Printer every time I go to print one of the files?
