    [Error Code] Oki C9500: "Service Call 127: Fatal Error"

    Hey there,

    I don't normally work on these machine so I don't even have a service manual. But I am trying to identify this code for a customer. Does anyone know what this is?

    The machine is printing ok. Prints a couple few pages then that message will pop up. Reboot the machine then the message goes away. However, I don't know what it means. Advice/input is greatly appreciated.

      Fuser Unit Fan error. I think you'll find that it's stalled. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

              Thanks for your feedback. That fan is probably seized up. Or is going out. If the customer wants to I will check it out for him. But at least I can start there.
