on a KM C35 I have a copier that they disable the tcp/ip from emable but the copier freeze up went you try to go to the admin setting is their a way to around that to emable the TCP/IP . I remove the battery over night that did not work I can not update the firmware because no ip address . can I update the firmware via usb . on this copier? Need your help thank you.
