Panasonic DP4510, e05-11

Getting error e05-11 on Panasonic DP4510. Need diagnostic help no Manual on this. Any help is appreciated.

printer engine communication abnormal- check the connections on the pcb.

i agree with jeffrey..printer engine communication abnormal..check the connections between the spc and the sc boards..looking at copier from rear--the sc board is in upper left corner behind little panel cover and the spc board will be in lower left area behind the waste toner bottle.. ya may have a spc board that's really dirty due to toner dust .. i'd clean the boards and reseat the connectors for starters.. hope this helps..

There was a TI out for this problem in Nov. 2005. Basically what the problem is that the rear fram of the large paper cassette is pinching the wires of a harness at the rear of the machine. If you want a copy of the TI PM me
