    dp1520 drum replacement

    is there a maintenance procedure guide anyone could share with me on this unit. We have a client with one of these that is at the 120k copy count and has the wrench light on and was wondering if more knowledgeable tech's on this machine than i could share with me what not to overlook.

    they have minor banding on the copies, is replacing the entire drum assembly the way to go, or just replacing the drum in their assembly a good option?

      If the machine has 120k you have to change the drum, developer and
      PM-Kit.
      You must not change the whole drum unit, all parts you need are in the PM Kit.

          Yes. Hot roller, fingers and thermistor are included in the PM-Kit 120K Bani said.

              drum and dev recommanded to change at 60k

                  dev=120k thats why the maint light goes of at 120k ALSO replace the number 1 corona wire
