Hi, I have a dp-c322 locked up in j-26(paper tray 2 jam) all sensors, including door sw/sensors work in i/o test mode???? I guess its been happening for awhile but would reset. Whats the part# for C4????

Not sure if this will help but one thing I have seen, If the customer closes the right covers with too much force, they can bend the frame where the the open cover sensor is located. If it gets bent just enough, it will force an open cover when the paper passes, then show a jam because the cover got opened. I just bent the frame towards the actuator just a little bit, and it's been a couple years now, it seems <knocking on wood> it hasn't returned.
