[Error Code] PANASONIC DP-8045 With E07-51

Got a Panasonic DP-8045 with an FS405 type finisher, I am getting an error code E07-51, which points to the Finisher Delivery Motor, Motor does seem to move, When I arrived I noticed a trash can under the Finisher tray, but that would be the Lift Motor not the Delivery Motor, Any Ideas?

there are two rubber belts that settle the pages for stapling, make sure one or both are not pinched.

Thanks for the info, I ended up replacing the Control Board and the Delivery Motor, as well as the Lift Motor, that took care of the issue.
