Panasonic DP-3510 Image Adjustment

I have local repairmen trying to fix our many Panasonic DP-3510s. One issue we are having in the copy when sent thru the sheet feader is fine. But when we place it on the glass in the upper left hand corner as marked it cuts of about 1/2" off the top of the page. How can this be corrected?
