Troubles with my Panasonic Workio DP-1820E

Hi, I received a Panasonic Workio DP-1820E as a part of a chinese donative. All menus and keys are in chinese language and when I try to make a copy the display shows a chinese message + U15 code....I don't know what todo. Does anyone know at least how to change the language or what to do for the Panasonic to working fine?...thanks in advanced...

The machine have a pcb board Fax?

If yes in user parameters you can change the language ( 005 = 020)
