[Error Code] Panasonic 7722

hello,
i reacently bought a panasonic 7722 copier from an auction that i would like to sell but it has a error code on it. it turns on light warms up then says e 7, and 1 alternate. the tick counter says 50,000. any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Not sure what you're saying. I'm thinking you mean you're getting J07 and J01 jam codes. If that's the case, then the tires in the first paper tray could be dirty or worn out. Either way, I don't know who would want to buy that machine even with the low page count. It's practically an antique.

Is the code E7-01 ? This code refers to the sorter bins. Does this unit have a finisher? Have you tried unplugging it to see if the error clears?
