Hi to all
i am having panasonic KX MB772 fax , when i start copying or receving Fax they make Jam and show up message ( REPLACE DRUM - CHANGE SUPPLIES ) , Not---- the jam everytime In the same place As shown in the picture -----------------------

i changed the DRUM UNIT but the paper still be JAM !! in the same place!!!!!!!
i cleaned all the sensors and everyparts but nothing:

Looking at your picture, I would think the paper is slipping. Maybe due to rollers dirty or worn. If it were me I would clean feed rollers and the registration roller first. You may have already done this. Unless you see something obstructing the paper, it is a slipping issue. Look at the drive of the paper. Also, it could be the sensor. Wished I could be of more help, but could not find the manual on b2b. Dont have any of these in the field. Good luck.

a lot of thankx for ur help friend copiman , i cleaned the rollers and the 2 sonsors On the lower section , but the weired thing Is that the paper Always stop in the same place exactly No more and no less !

Maybe try swapping the sensor that is located right where the lead edge of the paper is with another one. Alot of times there are several sensors that are the same in the machine. You swap them and see if your problem follows the sensor. Then you will know if you have a bad sensor.
