    6020 Toner Hopper Bullitens?

    Are there any bullitens/updates to the 6020 series type machines related to the toner hoppers?

      there a bunch of them. anything specific you are looking for?

          Anything really. More specifically, are there any bullitens related to the hoppers not adding enough toner or causing light copies?

                      Not a bulliten but verified with technical support that the toner hoppers will cause this and you will find yourself chasing the developer unit for light copies.

                      I have tried to repair these units and finally gave up and bit the bullet. Hopper is around $176 I have replaced three in the last two months and have one on order for replacement as we speak.
