hello people. I have a panasonic dp3030 but I can not put it to print over ....i ping the ip and i recive every bit , but when I install the installer it does not print .... what procedure to put it to print??

What flavor of print driver are you using? PCL and PS are options on this model. If the option is not installed, you will hear the polygon motor turn and then the print job will disappear into the ether; no error. Go into service mode, F9, and print out machine information. It will list if PCL or PS chips are installed. If both say no, load the GDI driver.

after u set the IP on the machine. you have to restart the machine in order to get the IP setting registered on the network. Another thing is under "Printer properties," go to "Port" tab, and click on "Configure Port," then change setting to "LPR," and under queue name, put "LPR," then click OK, and you will be good. IF you get an error when u click OK, make sure you delete whatever job in the list first.
