I have a customer that says when they use the Mac to print, they get messages that the collection bottle is full, out of toner, and others. Not every time but enough to be an issue for them. This prevents them from being able to print. The non-Mac PCs are working fine. Was wondering if anyone has seen or heard of this. I myself only know how to spell MAC and thats about it.

Re: MAC's and DP-C354
Sounds like a driver or software conflict. Does the machine have the optional postscript chip installed with PS firmware? I am assuming you are using the Panasonic 354 PS driver and not some third party like Gutenprint. Another thing to look at is the OS version on the Mac.

See what I miss when I'm gone?
Usually, those messages pop up when the generic print driver is used. USUALLY. I've seen false error messages on Mac's for just about EVERY commercial level copier out there. Sometimes it does happen in the OEM driver, but not as much.
It shouldn't NOT allow them to print. They should be able to print even with those messages.Comment
