    Looks like I need to get the latest firmware and update tool.

    Anyone know where I might be able to get this?

    Next, If i have a 4GB SD card would it be easier to do update via SD card or via USB on laptop as I have been in past?

          It would be worthwhile. My understanding is that the new firmware set up works across the board for all the models.



          C3 Series. 213/354/265 to start with would be much appreciated.

          Was told that this may help resolve the issue I am having with my previous post on scanning.

          I'm basically begging for help because I'm stumped and need to fix these issues or I loose a really good customer.

          Times are tough, can't afford to loose a paying customer.
