Problem was in the duplex, I got the manual and it took 2 minutes to figure out, thanks for the help.

Try swapping out the Registration Sensor.

Yes it old, no not old, very very old, but the customer insist.
The paper jam light stays on all the time at the drum/registration location. Checked all switches right doors, duplex, fuser no paper and switches look fine, took out the registration unit, clean the switch but the jam still on. The customer was running duplex when the paper jammed.
Any idea or even better any manual for this dinosaur?
