Getting some j60's on this machine. Can never duplicate while I am there. It has the hang on finisher(fs-350). The only thing I am seeing is the finisher opens tough from the machine. Thanks for reading.

Customer removed a stack of paper from the finisher before it was ejected. Jumped out of time?
There is nothing to that finisher, it should slide pretty easy away from the machine. Bent finisher frame?Comment
