Workio DP-1820E Error Code

I am trying to find a service manual (in english) for the Panasonic Workio DP-1820E to resolve an error code E02-01. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Workio DP-1820E Error Code

The problem most probably is the case for the paper lift drive assembly. There is an update for the case. Either just order the outer casing or easiest just order the whole assembly (old part # dzty000313)if you order the old part you will get the new updated one that corrects the problem.

I've had this problem happen on one machine twice. Both times it was the paper lift drive motor housing being cracked. You might wanna check that lift drive motor housing because if you can hear a clicking noise from the back of the machine and it sounds like the drawer is attempting to lift that can be the cause. GL with the machine. Also if you are a Panasonic dealer you can go to https://b2b.panasonic.com They have all the manuals and Toronto's on those machines. Jut check the tech link and go to downloads, there is a list of different machines there with info on every one.

Thanks for the help guys. The motor housing is cracked just as you suggested. Now I need to order one. I am not a pana dealer just a guy who know how to fix stuff. I see the housing at:
