i tryed to do (LBP fuser reset) many times but No result , i remove the DC controller and i've placed it in another machine , but the E04 still appear in another machine!!!! the problem exactly it is on the Dc controller ! really i did not found solution to resolve it
please there is another idea:!!!

E4-02 is a paper jam in the fuser. The machine is detecting a jam. Could be sensor, broken actuator, connection issue, or LPC3 board. Usually for me its a broken exit sensor actuator. Why it worked when you replaced the DC controller, I'm not sure. Maybe the 5v for the sensor was missing. Also, I'm not 100% sure but when you get fuser codes, they are reset by going into service mode F9-06>04 (LBP Fuser Reset). Again, not sure on this jam code, but its worth a shot. Maybe when you swapped the board it reset itself. Try putting the original board back on and see if it comes back? Hope this helps.Leave a comment:

i have problem with panasonic dp1510p , displaying E04-02 ,
--- i've checked and replace new thermistor but no result
-----i've replace new thermal fuse but No result
-------i've replace exite and external sensors but no result
NB/ But when i replace new DC controller , machine work well !!
so please tech me what is the problem exactly in the DC pcb !
how can i resolve it!
