I am trying to scan documents using Panasonic dp-c264. I selected the hard disk option. I am trying to retrieve the documents using the IP address from the image box. a small window popup stating that " the selected box was not opened" but the designated image box show the number changing from 0 to 1.
I don't know what to do??? help
