Finally I got the answer. This is because of RAM. I clean it by using white clean paper, the problem solve. Fyi, when I want to upgrade firmware, the machine appear Sc672 and sometimes the firmware unreadable. Thanks guys.uploadfromtaptalk1440245687501.jpg

reformat the hard drive SP5832 001. make sure you back up the address book b4 formatting
