    Aficio MP 5054 SP

    I just picked up the service contract on this Aficio MP 5054. What is the new access procedure for the SP and the SSP? Thanks in advance. Tom

      It is the same as the metis color

          I think I tried that but it didn't work, that the one with the simplified screen procedure right?

              If you are an authorized Ricoh technician, the new access code is given at Instructor led service training and Ricoh online training update courses. You can also get it from your service manager if you are with a Ricoh branch or your regional service rep if you are a dealer. Of course, since you are taking over service, there is the possibility that the previously servicing company changed it, possibly after a disgruntled employee was let go or by a previous disgruntled employee before being let go.

                  Make sure the machine is at "home", else you won't get in.

                                      Because too many unauthorized people have learned what it is. With the way some individuals are providing here, I would predict Ricoh changing within the next 2 years.
