Dear all.

Ricoh mp4001 error. 'MEMORY FULL'. I cannot SCAN. PRINT. single page. This M F D is configured with RICOH STREMLINE NX.

Any idea.

Not sure if this happens on the 4001, but i had a 6001 lock up due to job log (they scan a TON of documents!!) being ful - i believe there is a User Tool setting, which our Set Up shop turns to "delete job log when full" or along those lines. I will look when at a 4001 next. Good luck

I removed the JAVA CARD and clear the Memory. Then its started working. Is there any other option to clear this issue. Memory all clear is not advisable for all time.

You can clear the memory for individual functions. You can also format individual portions of the HDD. In the FAX SP there is a selection for erase all files.
