Hello! Firstfull excuse me for my poor english. I have a stationery in Turkey and I use Ricoh multifunction printers in my shop. I have two Aficio MP7502 SP machines. I had a problem one of them in scanner mode and Ricoh service came and made a firmware update. I wished to make another one too. And he made firmware update (D1315127J,D1315553L,D1315556D,D1315557F,D1315572M ,D1315574G,D1315580E,D1315582J)
After update I've started to live problem with JOB SEPARATION. I have a finisher SR4060. My finisher works when I make print a file to copy 2-3 or more copy; no problem in that. But generally my customers are doctor students and when they come to make prints they make 20-30 different files for one copy.My machine doesn't collate them. It puts on top of each other, and it is very big problem for me. It was making without problem before to firmware update . I am near to crazy, Turkey Ricoh can not help me. Can someone help me please or I will lose my all customers.
