Ricoh Aficio MP 3500 Document Feeder

Would a 7505-04 & 7505-06 be a mechanical problem or would something else be causing this error codes? I have watched the feeder in operation and it leads me to think the rollers are the issue, but they were just replaced. Thank you for any help given.

DJ 04 is lead edge late at the skew correction sensor. DJ 06 is lead edge late at the registration sensor. Could be dirty sensors or original transport rollers or drive. Could also be something obstructing the paper path.
