This problem can be caused by one of the following causes.
1) The PCU could have a broken auger causing a noise and the machine to call for toner to be added. PCU would have to be replaced.
2) The customer is closing (pushing down) the toner bottle latch before pushing the hopper assembly into the machine. The hopper will have a pile of toner in front of the bottle when this occurs.
