My SD printer and scanner card for ricoh mp c3500 doesn't work

I have ricoh mp c3500 copier

the printer and scanner feature is gone from the machine system and from the sp mode
The technician told me that the SD card is dead
I connect it to my PC and I found three folders (dictionary - gwinit.d - module ) and it's file system is FAT
and their size is 1.17 KB (1,201 bytes)
My questions are :
1- Is my SD is really dead ?
2- Is there any way to fix it ?
3- Can I find a copy of this SD Card on the internet ? or someone send it to me ?
4- Can we make a ghost copy of this SD card to restore it if the SD card fails ?
