Export Canon address book to Ricoh

*I have posted also posted this on the Canon thread.*

I have acustomer that has upgraded their Canon irc3580 to a Ricoh MPC3003 & theywant to copy their address book & ID codes across to the Canon.

Now I know they both use a different format, but I've been given a program thatapparently converts the Canon file to one the Ricoh will understand.

Has anyone else used this with any success? I feel the issue will be with theCanon to Ricoh ID codes, they each work in a different way.

Here's the program etc if anyone needs it

You can export the Canon's address book to a csv file - see here: https://itp.tugraz.at/Comp/Manual/Pr...002083505.html

Then you should be able to import it into the Ricoh as it accepts csv files.

Only possible catch is that the layout of the data is not the same, in which case you would have to correct that first before importing.
