Ricoh MP C4502 "Add Toner" Yellow
Dear Friends ,
I have a problem in Ricoh MP C4502, it gives a message " Add Toner " - Yellow... once you open and close the cover , the machine start processing of loading toner... but actually its not feeding the drum.
I checked the following :
1- checking the toner .. its almost full.
2- checking the yellow drum , its out of toner .. and its function well.
3- checking toner sensor, empty sensor,....etc . all are OK
4- checking and cleaning the toner path from toner bottle until reach drum .. all are OK
finaly I discovered that the toner bottle not rotating through feeding process although its backside gear and motor rotating... I see the backside gear engage the toner bottle.
Does anybody examine this error before and fix it ?? please advise ??
