    RICOH MPC 6502 SC 371

Hi everyone. First sorry my English. In have a problem with a MPC 6502(CHARIS office), it shows sc 371-01(02)(03) permanently. Basically the manual says that the ID sensors doesn't work. I replaced the ID sensors without sucess. Then I checked the ITB assy,BCU and ITB in other machine and they works. At least, I replaced de BCU eeprom(NVRAM), but the problem doesn`t solve. Finally, I`ve ordered the frame connections and wires and I will test again. In service mode I`ve disable all types of process control but the error continue showing.I haven`t managed to print a single sheet yet.

    Any suggestions will be welcome.

    Thanks.

Re: RICOH MPC 6502 SC 371

Problem resolved: We did a Engine Memory Clear: SP 5801-002

But before doing the Engine Clear we backed up NVRAM to SD card. REBOOT COPIER
      Cleared Engine Memory. REBOOT COPIER
Copier came up with a D2 jam. We had to go into SP 1134-001 and reset defaults. REBOOT COPIER
Then we restored NVRAM. REBOOT COPIER
Copier came back to normal operations... Customer tested printing and scanning no issues..

But we were getting SC371-001, SC371-002, SC371-003 in SC History. Only SC371-001 would display on op-panel.

      FYI
