Hi guys, I would love if you could give me some suggestions about fixing this machine. That's the first time I get in touch with it, that's why I'm asking you before doing anything. The problem is that in title, the printer has 1.500.000 copies ca. and as far as I know the previous technician has changed the developer, but I don't know if he has put the right one. After doing this, the printer has printed quite smoothly for a month, the customer says pages were even too black, then it began once again to fade, with the actual result of a very very light grey, but still the image looks good. I don't know much more actually, no errors, nothing else. I already took a look to other topics, I think I should then replace the developer, then clean out every gears in toner hopper and quite everywhere. Any other suggestions? Cheers
