This one is throwing me for a loop.... single sided all good. My problem is with 8 1/2 x 11 or 8 1/2 x 14 landscape in duplex. I can run the crap out of the machine with it in portrait from all the lct's and it works fine, but when it jams in the landscape direction with letter or legal is the issue. I think it's a bias problem maybe with transfer. Ok here we go, i can run the job in landscape in single sided mode but when i put it in duplex i can't get a single duplex copy of it. It will make the first side and then when it wants to make the 2nd side it will make 3 quarters of the image and stop right after transfer on the transport bed before the fuser with the 1/4 of the image at the trail end not there and jam every time. Like i said if i run it the other way it is all good. This client needs to run it in the landscape direction to trifold the job and this is the only way to run it to work. It's with all jobs in this direction not only this one.. Any help appreciated. Thanks
