Ricoh Pro Series Fuser not reach target yield

    Hello

We have 8 Ricoh Pro series machines (907,1107)...i'm wondering if someone here have problems with the Hot rollers, they never reach the target yield of 750k prints....after 200-300k stripes appear on the hot roller where the picker finger are , even in machines with new and original picker and springs...whats wrong with this rollers?? It seems if the teflon surface is not thick enough....

Ricoh needs to fix their f*cking R&D department!

In all reality, they NEED to make a hot roller that uses a CERAMIC NON-STICK SURFACE!!!

You can buy fry/cook pans that have the ceramic non-stick....why the hell not hot rollers?!

    Well because Ricoh has a l@zy @$$ R&D department!....DOH!
