NRG 161 SPF folder authentication won't appear

Hi,
I have n issue with 2 Ricoh (NRG) 161 SPF machines.In the web page after i logged in admin mode and trying to setup scan to folder the menu to make that won't appear .I cannot make scan settings to work with SMB as you can see in the picture bellow.
The machine is updated with the latest firmaware and did all the settings on the machine.

I have also replaced the printer/scanner SD card and nothing changed.
Any help will be much appreciated!

there is nothing more to show,there is an incomplete menu as you can see,some features are missing like the authentication folder and also down on the page it must be the "path" option...but is missing also..

Do the print and scan functions actually work or activate when the function buttons are pressed? You may also want to check the back plate of the machine and make sure it's actually an SPF mainframe as opposed to a 171F that can't be upgraded to print and scan. Wouldn't be the first time I've seen the wrong label put on the front of a machine.

Hi,
The print option is working ,i can print with no problems, also in the service mode menu the all for options appear copy,print,scan ,fax.

...i will check the plate on the back of the machine on monday...thx

This might be stupid, but why are you showing the set up for scan to email? I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure SMB is very different.

If some has tried to set up delivery server usage, Scan Router, try clearing scanner application settings SP 5801-009 and Delivery Control Service SP5801-014.

done the reset things, still the same problem,
checked the back plate-its 161SPF.

Any other ideas?

somehow the option to scan via smb to folder has appeared under machine scan button but still not on the web page and i can't create the proper account,i scan scan only if i send manually from the machine each time i want to scan.

its in the second slot (counting from the ground),if i put it in the other slot it gives "adress book data error".

Print/Scan should be in slot 1 (bottom).
Slot 2 is for option cards such as address book card (when only a fax option is installed), or P/S 3, etc. In your case it should be empty
You should be able to clear the address book error with SP 5846-50
