your problem is the Fiery is not booting up or the communication between the Fiery and the machine. CHeck the led's on the back of the Fiery, yes that means you have to get inside the rear of the machine.Mystic Crystal RevelationsComment

If you ping the Fiery, do you get a response?
If yes, then try to remote desktop to it. Were you able?

GW printing is not possible as far as I know (could be wrong, though).
Your Fiery installation is damaged. You can either reinstall the whole system or try what I did when I had that same problem on a Pro1107 Fiery (here).' "But the salesman said . . ." The salesman's an asshole!'
