duplex line on second side mpc5501

I have line on the second side ONLY horizontal, COPY ONLY not in the print??? I can move the line with leading edge registration but its 9mm ( see attached) and it ruins the rest of the page, nothing else moves the line, can someone tell me how to clear this up? i have cleaned the transfer roller, for some reason this worked on one before, How is this solved? its obviously in the scanner

In User Tools, copy feauters, edit: clear front margin, back margin and 1-sided to 2-sided auto margin. Can do the trick

SP mode 6 (periphs) Reg. adjustment, side two, set to negative 3.0 or 3.5,. Done. Very common.
