MP7001 not recognized on network

This machine cannot be seen on the network. I have replaced the complete controller assembly and still nothing.
Checked the onboard NIC, it is "on"
Any suggestions?

If you set it to Auto Obtain IP address does it get an IP address? If you unplug the network cable from the 7001 and plug it into your laptop do you get a network connection on your laptop? Has someone turned IEEE 802.1x?

print the configuration page and make sure that access control is not set

Check in system setting
interface settings

IEEE8021.x authentication or Ethernet is set to inactive.

Probably not even a SP machine...............
