    MPC5501 SC899 cant clear

    I had to replace the controller had sc 670, ok then Functional problems started after a day of no problems... , re flashed the firmware the latest, now sc 899 I cant get to anything before this comes up, how can i get around this code to check the I/O buffer, the mail server going out, or anything else?
    Ive had the door open, side hatch fuser entrance open at start up no good... Any help is appreciated

      That is usually caused by customer trying to print certain Web pages.try clearing the print jobs.
      Try the machine with the network cable disconnected.

              Reboot the machine with the network cable unplugged. Clear all the print queues on the workstations and on the print server if there is one. If you can't clear the queues, turn on user code authentication for all printing before you plug in the network cable again, which should make the machine throw the corrupt job away before it get processed.

                  I had an MPC2501 do this. It was a corrupt job that was loitering on the HDD that was driving the machine mad. Try a caddy format.
                  It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

                  Hit it.

                      I had the Net work cable unplugged when i was doing this, I also unplugged the machine for several mins, I cant do anything with it, it pops up right after the print comes to ready, how would i clear this or is it in the hDD?

                          Unplug the HDD & boot up. Run Sp5832-2 (IMH) & turn off. Plug the HDD back in & start up the machine.

                          That should clear all of the images stored on the HDD.
