MP4002 leading image in Duplex mode !

Hi,

Problems on adjusting the leading image and side to side image when copying double-sided.
It happens with the DF but also when putting the original on the glass.
In both ways the image on the "duplex"side is not aligned, it shifts about +/- 8mm.

Strange, because when I'm printing double sided, no problems !
So it can't be the feed of the duplex . . . ..
Don't what to adjust, tried everything, scanner: SP4008, 4010 and 4011
and also in DF : 6006, etc . . .

anyone an idea?

There is actually a duplex registration adjustment on the main copy screen. Drove me nuts the first time I ran into this. Adjust it and program as defaults, and you should be good.

User tools>copier/doc server settings>edit tab>1 to 2 sided (set to 0.0)
