SC553 on MP 5000

Hi, we have 1 unit MP 5000 with SC553 (Fusing overheat error 1 (software detection)). we reset SC Code, change PSU , Update firmware & exchange Fuser unit. this MC already with customer more than 2 years.

It will come back 1 or 2 days or sometime SC543 the next.

current we have no I/O board (IOB) & BICU board for try as Service manual. any other thing we can look in to it. Thanks.

You said exchanged fusing unit. Was it a new unit? If not it could also be defective. Replace the thermistors and check the machine side fusing unit connector.
