does someone know how to set up smb in vista to a shared folder in vista on the netwrk.. copier cannot see shared folders on network

It would have to be at least the 2045e model to be able to do any "real" scanning, other than using Scanrouter lite or Pro. The 2045 does not support SMB, or scan to folder scanning. If I remember though, there's a way to get one to do it, but I think that involved upgrading boards.
