Ricoh Aficio 3030 photocopier with printer and scan function sc 870-01
I have changed the hardisk on the control board twice and try to format the hardisk using sp 5832 but its show failed.
When pressing the scan button on the copier it shows the hardisk is missing but there is hardisk there.
The copier and printer is working except it cannot do scanning. Previously the copier can do scanning before having the sc 870-01 error.
Please advise what to check further.
