    MPCW2201SP staying in Japanese

    I have a MPCW2201 new out of the box which was run up fine, it was powered down and moved within the building and booted up in Japanese. Fine if we were in Japan but I'm not and neither is the machine...

    The only selected language is English in screen display, the region is set correctly so I tried replacing the Smart Ops Panel no change then the Controller still no change. Before I replace anything else has anyone had a fault like this on a Smart Ops panel machine?

    Have been through all SP modes in Factory, Special and standard SP but can't find anything relevant.

      Have you tried Language selection in User Tools? That is the normal location for changing the display language. Other than that, you may have to reload the Language firmware.
