just wondering about the error CUPS - broken pipe when printing to this series of machine. Have a customer, who is a good distance away, every now and then, they get this error, apart from this the machine works fine, I rang the customer after seeing a technical bulletin on Ricoh website about this is due to a large file and it mite have to be Gzipped when using a mac. The customer does have a mac. Has anyone come across this before?
