MP 301 intermittenent ADF failure to feed.

I have a 301 that has an issue with dropping the paper stopper in the ADF to allow paper feed. It runs fine in free run mode, but when making actual copies it will not work properly. It's not constant it comes and goes.

I'm going to load up the latest firmware on it and see if it needs the fix describe is TSB 009 - Jam 004

Found the problem. Bottom frame of adf was cracked near the right side lift joint. Meant the platen sensor wasnt getting actuated properly. Added tape to sensor actuator for now.
