AF 1060 A3 counter problems

I have 8 AF1060 and 5 AF1075 and a problem with 3 AF1060.
Those 3 maschines havent the option to make A3 paper counting register as 1 instead of 2 on counter. There isnt an option in sp mode (it just isnt there) but on the rest of maschines it was normal, just switched the sp code and it worked. Any thoughts?

After entering the service mode, hold the # button and press "copy sp" - the double count sp should appear somewhere at the 5xxx SP modes then.

SP 5104

As i said, there just isnt the sp 5104 in SP mode. It goes like 5046 and the next one is 5106. What could it be? Software problem?

Did you enter special service mode like Jan stated? It only shows up if you press the "#" key while entering tech mode.

Yes, found it, tnx a lot. I overlooked the hold # i kinda just pressed it...
