I need great help for my brother Ricoh MPC 4000.
Last Saturday my brother receive a used Ricoh copier but in very good condition and it was working fine (print, copy, fax and scan). I'm familiar with HP multifonction printers since many years ago.
I was looking with my brother how to change toners and drums; cartridge and ITB unit. We just remove all 4 drums and all 4 cartridges with some guides found on Youtube. Then we remove also the ITB system.
After, we reinstall all.
Since then, when we print or copy, there is no cyan color and Yellow. Only black and Magenta color appear on printing.
Is there any specialiste of Ricoh system to help us.
