Customer's Savin 3406WD started jamming intermittently during a very large job (run most of the day). While loading the paper (roll), the paper was very difficult to get through the cutter assembly. If you take pressure off when holding open the cutter manually you can easily slide the paper through. The jamming is most likely related to the cutter?
