I have a Problem Ricoh MP1350

Hello Dear friends,

I have a problem on MP1350. Last day I'm go to beside the this copier. Copier show on the screen SC-494 . It's very bad news for me. My machine counter is "758000". After I ravel out the all rear cover and left lower cover after I ravel out the "Toner Transport Screw" And I clean it. I see the a sponge piece. I clean it and After attach the all parts and covers. I'm running the machine I'm running SP2207-002 Toner Bank Setup. My machine have the 1 toner and this toner attached the 1st toner bottle holder. I'm running the toner bank setup but machine show the failed. After I attached the this toner 2st toner bottle holder this time my machine have a toner and this toner attached the 2st toner bottle holder after I'm running the Toner Bank Setup . This time machine show the Complete. I don't understand this. Machine take the 2st. toner holder at the toner but not the take 1st toner holder.

The MP1350 wants to load the 2nd/lower bottle first. If you put only one bottle in the copier, it needs to be in the lower holder. This according to the manual. It wasn't clear WHAT MESSAGE it would put up on the operator screen.
