Check out these photos...anyone ever seen this? First picture is the front cover being opened, second is the side door, and third is the top cover on the adf...Looks like the machine is reading something wrong or maybe something non-oem is installed? But regardless when these covers are opened the image on the display is whack!! And yes the adf is plugged in. 201705041121.pdf

Doc feeder is not being seeing by copier show it has a platen lid. I have seen adf cable harness that are bad if you have a spare try it or swap doc feeder it that doesn't help then a board problem in copier or power supply not feeding power to adf. -

if it has a paper bank check the lower door is shut correctly it wont show door open when toner light is on or reset the add toner light .Comment

Ok so the only other 4502 i have to swap parts out is also doing the same exact thing...i updated firmware but maybe my firmware is out of date, could someone confirm that i have the most recent firmware? Firmware Version.pdf
Also, for the microswitch, are you talking about the switch for the front door? 12042912MICRO SWITCH
3V-16-3C25(10E) There are two correct?? They are both there on the machine, you are saying they could be bad though? I believe that is the same part for the 3502 which i have some i could try.

Check the 5V (VE) output from the DC Power Supply. This is a special signal that runs through the machine and accessories.Comment
